TERMS
Product Availability
Flowers are natural products, and their availability varies with the seasons and market supply. While we'll always do our best to fulfil your order as requested, we cannot guarantee specific flowers will be available. If substitutions are necessary, we'll use similar flowers in a similar style and colour palette. We reserve the right to cancel orders if flowers become unavailable, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Flower Care
We cannot guarantee how long your cut flowers will last, as this depends on many factors. To help your flowers stay fresh for as long as possible: keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources, place them in a cool location, and change the water and trim the stems every couple of days if possible.
Orders & Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We are unable to take cash or payments by phone.
Order Amendments & Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cut-off time for next-day delivery is 8pm, so any cancellations or amendments need to be made by then.
Delivery
Deliveries are made between 11am and 7pm on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. We are unable to guarantee a delivery time. If you or your recipient will not be available to receive the delivery, please specify a safe place for us to leave the flowers. We cannot be held liable for theft or damage to flowers left in your chosen safe place.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information, including the correct address and contact details. We cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
Issues with Your Order
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to help us resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We cannot be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, supplier issues, transportation problems, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
